This is the ninth One piece movie and the second to focus on Chopper, as it is a retelling of the Drum Island storyline from the manga. The only different from the original episode is on this movie, it features Franky, Nico Robin, and the Thousand Sunny, who weren't present in the original version. So its kinda interesting and must see!

The story is about chopper and the country of snow where the retarded and coward king is coming back to the country after once fled when the country hit by the pirates. So the dictatorial rules is once again back to the country. What will happen next, I guess you can get the answer by watching the movie and some might know but this is a bit different from the original manga.
